House and Offices:Prices are based on walk through. Apartments: -$70-$75 an hour for 1 to 2 bedroom. -$75-$80 an hour for 2 to 3 bedroom. -$80-$85 an hour for a 4 bedroom. -Walls -Blinds -Baseboards -Windowsills -Doors/Door frames(includes door knobs, and top of the door frames). -Sweep/Mop -Vacuum -Fans/Vents -inside/outside of oven -inside/outside Refrigerator -Bathrooms -Outside Cabinets -Also porches ,patios ,inside cabinets,and inside windows for a $10 fee. -Also can organize for a fee, we will discuss at walk through if interested.
