House and Offices:Prices are based on walk through. Apartments: -$ 250 for 1 bedroom. -$ 260 for 2 to 3 bedroom. -$270 for a 4 bedroom. -Walls -Blinds -Baseboards -Windowsills -Doors/Door frames(includes door knobs, and top of the door frames). -Sweep/Mop -Vacuum -Fans/Vents -inside/outside of oven -inside/outside Refrigerator -Bathrooms -Inside/outside Cabinets -Also porches ,patios ,and inside windows for a $10 fee.
